George Naspo, CEO, President

George Naspo leads the strategic direction of the company and drives business objectives. Naspo brings over twenty years of senior level experience and a proven track record of value-added achievement with global start-ups, turnarounds, culture transitions, and mature companies in emerging and high growth markets. During his career, Naspo has been instrumental in creating corporate vision and values in the businesses he has managed.

Naspo designed and executed sales and marketing plans for several companies in North America, Europe, Asia and Latin America. He was also instrumental in infiltrating large global accounts and developing strategic partnerships and corporate alliances that increased sales and shareholder value. Naspo has significant M&A experience, including public and private liquidity events.

Prior to joining IKANO, Naspo served as Chief Operating Officer of Aerwav Integration Services, Inc., a provider of integrated security and critical communications solutions located in New York, NY. Naspo�s employment history includes senior level positions at a number of companies including Motorola and Sierra Wireless. He has served on the board of directors for five companies. Mr. Naspo entered the business world after serving as a Captain in the United States Army.

Naspo holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toledo and a Master of Science degree from the University of Southern California.

Kevin Childress, Chief Financial Officer

Kevin Childress, CFO, is a veteran accountant with more than 20 years of senior experience. Prior to joining IKANO, Childress served as Director of finance for Procurement and Logistics for American Stores.

He also served as Vice President of Finance for Security National Financial Corporation. Childress has been instrumental in guiding the company toward profitability. Bachelor of Accounting, BYU.
