Title: IKANO APPOINTS WILLIAM M. CONROY TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS

SALT LAKE CITY, UT ---- IKANO Communications, an Internet networking infrastructure company and provider of branded Internet services, announces the appointment of William M. Conroy to its Board of Directors.
Conroy will lend his experience in managing high-growth companies to IKANO where he will offer organizational, selling and additional expansion strategies.
Conroy currently serves on the board of directors for Braun Consulting (Nasdaq: BRNC), an Internet professional services provider, and most recently served on the board of directors for TenFold Energy, TenFold Healthcare, and TenFold Communications.
"We are pleased to be adding such an accomplished, senior executive to IKANO's board of directors," said Henry Smith, IKANO president and CEO. "Bill brings many years of senior leadership experience to IKANO, as well as significant experience in Internet technologies and e-business applications. His expertise will be invaluable in guiding IKANO's future."
Prior to joining IKANO, Conroy served as TenFold's executive vice president and chief operating officer. TenFold Corporation (Nasdaq: TENF) provides large-scale e-business applications for leading customers in banking, communications, energy, healthcare, insurance, investment management, and other industries. Founded in 1993, TenFold has more than 600 employees in 13 offices throughout the U.S. and in London.
Before joining TenFold, from 1986 to 1997, Conroy held several sales and management positions at Oracle Corporation, a database software company. In 1996 and 1997 Conroy served as a group vice president in the Oracle U.S. Sales Division where he managed operations of more than 700 employees responsible for more than $1 billion dollars in sales for the central and
western United States. He was an Oracle area vice president of sales from 1990 to 1996. Conroy was instrumental in the design and implementation of Oracle's international field sales model, customer support, and third-party relationship groups.
