IKANO Appoints George Naspo as Interim CEO

SALT LAKE CITY, UT - IKANO, the nation's largest provider of private-label Internet services, today announced the appointment of George Naspo as interim Chief Executive Officer. Naspo replaces Henry Smith, who resigned as CEO.

Effective immediately, Naspo will assume responsibility for leading the strategic direction of the company and driving business objectives. Naspo brings over twenty years of senior level experience and a proven track record of value-added achievement with global start-ups, turnarounds, culture transitions, and mature companies in emerging and high growth markets.

Prior to joining IKANO, Naspo served as Chief Operating Officer of Aerwav Integration Services, Inc., a provider of integrated security and critical communications solutions located in New York, NY. Naspo's employment history includes senior level positions at a number of companies including Motorola and Sierra Wireless. He has served on the board of directors for five companies.
