Title: IKANO BOLSTERS MANAGEMENT TEAM WITH NEW
DIRECTOR OF CLIENT RELATIONS MANAGEMENT

SALT LAKE CITY - IKANO Communications, a market-leading Full Service Provider (FSP), strengthened its management team by appointing Tom Naylor as director of client relations management (CRM). Naylor is a seasoned executive in the Internet space with over 10 years experience in senior account management.
In his new role, Naylor will be responsible for managing all client relationships and assisting partners through IKANO's comprehensive set-up process. Naylor has an extensive background in account management and project implementation, handling accounts for many Fortune 500 companies. He has held key positions in many large organizations including Novell/Word Perfect Corporation, Critical Path and Corel, Inc.
IKANO provides a turnkey solution for businesses and organizations to offer private-label Internet services to their customers, employees or members without investing in expensive infrastructure or staff.

Prior to joining IKANO, Naylor served as account manager at Critical Path/DotOne Corporation, responsible for maintaining customer loyalty within Critical Path's top "Internet Gateway" customers.
In addition, Naylor served as Service Account Manager for Corel, Inc., managing the technical services of Novell's largest strategic accounts in the southern United States. Naylor also held many key positions at Novell, Inc./WordPerfect Corporation, including senior service account manager, team leader and international support technician.
