• George Naspo, President, CEO
  Mr. Naspo has over 30 years of business experience and a proven senior executive track record with telecommunication start-ups, turnarounds and emerging growth companies. He joined IKANO in 2005 and worked previously at three other Insight portfolio companies. He has a strong sales and marketing background with prior sales and management positions at Motorola, Timeplex, Sierra Wireless and Securicor Wireless. Mr. Naspo was recently named Entrepreneur of the Year by his alma mater, University of Toledo. He also holds an MS degree from University of Southern California.



• Ed Dailey, Financial Advisor
  Mr. Dailey has over 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur, senior manager and strategic advisor at emerging companies. He joined IKANO in 2005 as a virtually full-time advisor, having worked together with Mr. Naspo at several companies over the past eight years. Mr. Dailey was co-founder and former CFO of ezboard, a leading web-based social networking provider, where he continues to serve as a director. Mr. Dailey earned a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Notre Dame and an MBA with distinction from Cornell University.



• Todd Krause, VP Call Center Services and Special Projects
  Mr. Krause has over 15 years of experience in management, call center operations and customer service. His results driven and customer oriented approach has allowed the IKANO call center to grow to a premier 24x7x365 service operation. Over the last 10 years, Mr. Krause has formed a team of professionals that are both dedicated and passionate about customer service. Todd and his team are continually finding ways to improve the operation by creating, developing and implementing new systems and processes as well as innovative call center and customer service tools.
  
  Prior to joining to IKANO, Mr. Krause worked as Business Analyst for EDS. He also managed promotional campaigns for Coca-Cola and Nestle. Mr. Krause has a B.S. in Mass Communication and a B.S. in Economics from the University of Utah. He has done graduate work at the University of Texas at Arlington and has received his MBA from Weber State University..



• Douglas Pollei, VP Internet Strategy and Corporate Development
  Mr. Pollei has over 10 years experience in Internet technology services. As a senior manager for IKANO, Pollei's skills include comprehensive leadership experience in target marketing initiatives, digital communications, product due diligence, vendor relationships, competitive analysis, and strategic planning in diverse B2B and B2C environments. Mr. Pollei is responsible for driving new business development and expansion strategies and has also worked on new media and IP application projects for numerous clients.
  
  Prior to working for IKANO, Mr. Pollei worked for SISNA as the Director of Creative Services. He also worked for Wellpappe Ansbach as an Export Sales Specialist in Nuremberg, Germany. Mr. Pollei holds an MBA from the University of Utah's David Eccles School of Business where he is a guest lecturer on new media and Internet strategy. Mr. Pollei is also a member of the following organizations; AlwaysOn, CommunityNext, Minnesota Management Society, Internet Strategy Forum, German MBA Club, and the American Institute of Graphic Arts.

• Mike Triplett, Insight Venture Partners
  Michael Triplett joined Insight in 1998. Mr. Triplett was an investment professional at Summit Partners, where he focused on investments in infrastructure and enterprise application software companies. Prior to joining Summit, Mr. Triplett worked as a financial analyst at Morgan Stanley & Co. and at Midland Data Systems. Mr. Triplett graduated from Dartmouth College with a BA in Economics, cum laude.
  
  
• Hilary Gosher, Insight Venture Partners
  Hilary Gosher is responsible for evaluating new investments, leading due diligence and working with portfolio companies after investment to grow their businesses. In addition to her deal team responsibilities, Hilary co-manages Insight Onsite, the firm's team of consultants and operational experts who provide hands-on expertise and operational assistance to portfolio companies. Among others, this includes advice regarding world-class development, inside andfield sales, online and offline lead generation and M&A strategy.
  
  Hilary has a strong background in strategic operations and finance and has invested in networking, healthcare, security, and internet technology businesses. Prior to joining Insight, she held management positions at The Monitor Group, a strategy consulting company based in Boston. At Monitor, Hilary focused on the healthcare, technology and finance sectors. Hilary also worked at Marketspace, an e-commerce consulting affiliate focused on start-ups and online retail strategies. Earlier in her career she held finance positions at Reuters UK PLC and Sea Containers in London.
  
  Hilary has a BA in Economic History (First class pass) and a Bachelor of Law in Corporate Law, cum laude, from the University of Natal, South Africa. She also holds an MBA from INSEAD in France. She is a current member of the Software Information Industry Association’s New York Venture Capital Roundtable.
