We supply a simple piece of HTML code that you can put on your website to take DSL orders from the customers. The code automatically works with the prices you set to offer the customers your exact custom tailored DSL plans.
SIGNUP SPECIALS AND PROMOS:
You have the ability through the Management Interface to change pricing and specials at anytime. You are allowed to set DSL pricing however you want. For example, if you would like to run a two week special on AT&T 1.5M/384K residential DSL service, you can set the current special in the Administrative Interface and the price will automatically change on your website for the next 2 weeks. It will revert to the regular price after the special has expired 2 weeks later.
END USER CONTRACTS:
We do not make you sign a long term contract for each DSL circuit, it is month to month. This eliminates Early Termination Fees!
The IKANO DSL billing team will post Invoices inside your DSL Back Office between the 3rd & the 6th of each month, due by the 1st of the next Calendar month. The invoice will include a detailed Line-item statement, listing each end-user account and the associated charges. If the Partner has other IKANO or DialupUSA services they will be invoiced separately.
The IKANO DSL support team will provide our partners with a toll free line to answer questions concerning their DSL solution.
As a reseller you will need to provide Tier 1 support to your customers with regard to DSL services. We supply the Tier2 escalation support and contact with the LEC (ie Verizon, AT&T or Covad).
You will need to supply DSL modems to your DSL users. We sell modems for apprx $35.00 per. We will ship you a group of modems, and you simply insert your branded instructions (we provide the template) into the box and ship the package to the DSL customers. The exception is Covad, who will drop-ship the DSL modem directly to the customers.
There is a yearly $200 maintenance to access the program. There are no minimum commitment levels per month.
